How we size it
Homes: a studio, 1-bed or 2-bed flat is a Flat (£89, up to 12 moves); a 2-bed house to a 4-bed is a Walkround (£159, up to 27); 5 bedrooms or more is a Large (£239, up to 40).
Businesses: about three moves per room or area, so up to 4 areas is Flat size, 5 to 9 Walkround size, 10 to 13 Large size, and 14 or more by quote from £299.
Every month: the lowest of paying per flight and the three branch plans (£229, £439, £859), where a Flat counts as half a home, a Large as one and a half, and extra flights on a plan are £150 a home. One-off batches of holiday lets or business sites: the 5-home pack (£739, valid 12 months) where it is cheaper.
Cars (dealer stock): about 50 seconds each, a turntable lap, the interior and back out. £149 a car, or every month a stock plan: 10 cars for £990 (£99 a car) or 25 cars for £1,975 (£79 a car), extra cars at the plan's per-car rate. 50 or more cars a month by quote, from about £69 a car.

What agents ask about price.
Which one is my home?
Most 2 to 4-bed homes are a Walkround at £159. Send the link; the free survey tells you before you pay.
Is VAT added?
No. We are supplied from outside the UK. A VAT-registered agency accounts for it under the reverse charge, which usually nets to zero. If you are not registered, nothing is added, but the value counts toward your own threshold. The invoice says so.
What if the survey says Large?
We tell you before anything is charged. You can take the Large at £239, or a Walkround that covers the main rooms.
Can I put it on Rightmove and Zoopla?
Both take video as a YouTube or Vimeo link. Upload it as unlisted with “altered or synthetic content” ticked, keep the label in the title and description, and get the owner's OK. Rightmove's January 2026 guidelines ask for AI-enhanced media to be labelled and shown with the real photos. We have asked Rightmove how their rule on text in videos applies and will publish the answer.
Can I charge the vendor?
Yes, as an opt-in extra written into your Terms of Business, VAT-inclusive, from the next instruction. We suggest £249 and we only ever invoice you.
What if I don't like it?
One free re-fly of any flagged move, and a 14-day refund.
Is the free preview usable on the listing?
No. The free preview carries a Walkround watermark across the frame, so you can judge your own rooms and the motion but not publish it. The paid flight is the same video without the watermark, in 1080p, with only the small AI label.
