How much is it?
£159 a home, every room, one take. A studio or 1-bed flat is £89, a very large house £239. The free survey of the photos tells you which before you pay.
Is this AI?
Yes, and it says so on every frame. Every move starts and ends on one of your own photos; the frames between are animated, not filmed, and anything the checks find invented is redrawn.
Vendors won't pay extra.
Agents already resell Premium Listings at Rightmove's £250 RRP. Put this in the package the same way, in your Terms of Business for new instructions, as an opt-in extra, VAT included. We suggest £249. We only ever invoice you.

Rightmove bans text on videos.
Their January 2026 guidelines also say AI-enhanced media must be labelled and shown with the real photos. We have asked member services which rule governs the on-frame label. Until they answer, the label also goes in the video title and description. The 14-day refund covers a rejection.

Keep them; this needs their photos. Theirs is a cut of single stills or a filmed shoot; this is one unbroken take for the listings that would otherwise get photos only.

The only number we quote is Rightmove's own 2022 guide. Run it on your own branch and read Rightmove Plus. We publish nothing we have not measured.

Is VAT added?
No. We are supplied from outside the UK. If you are VAT-registered you account for it under the reverse charge, which usually nets to zero. If you are not registered, nothing is added, but the value counts toward your own threshold.
Vertical, logo, 4K?
Not yet. 16:9, 1080p. We do not sell what is not built.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay per home, or a monthly plan you can cancel any month. Unused homes roll one month.
How fast?
Usually two working days. We confirm the date before you pay. The free one is within five working days.
Can it show a room I have not photographed?
No, by design. A flight only goes where your photos go.
Is the free preview usable on the listing?
No. It carries a Walkround watermark across the frame, so you can judge your own rooms and the motion but not publish it. The paid flight is the same video without the watermark, in 1080p, with only the small AI label.
Can you fly a business, not a home?
Yes. Any space people visit: caravan and motorhome showrooms, venues, bars, restaurants, gyms, salons, shops, hotels and offices. Send 15 to 25 photos of the empty space; the free survey tells you the size and price. For businesses.
Where did you get my email?
From your branch's public listing on Google or Rightmove, or your website. We rely on legitimate interests, assessed and documented, and we delete on request the same day. Reply “no thanks” and you will not hear from us again.
